Mojo Monday #401




Hi everyone!!!!


Quick post again for today!!!!

This time joining in the fun over at the Mojo Monday  Blog where Julee has a great sketch for this week!!


This is my card:





Played with Worn Lipstick and Broken China DI's.
Daisy stamp and charming banner dies from Verve.
Chevron stamp from the Borderline stamp set from Verve.
Flourish die from MFT.
Added some sparkle with sequins and rounded it off with black plastic dots.
Afrikaans sentiment saying: 'Congratulations'.


That will be it for today!!!!  Off to do blogvisits!!!

    Wow! Beautiful card layout. The background cardstock colors make the rest of the goodies stand out. Question: Worn Lipstick and Broken China Dl's. are these distress inks? If so, who is Dl? Did you use a sponge dauber to get this super effect for the background? Hoping to hear from you. Would love to try these colors.

    Beautiful background Petra. Love the worn lipstick and broken china together. The black swirl die-cut is so pretty with the circles and the flower. The gems look wonderful.

    First off, I need to visit you because that view is absolutely AMAZING!! It is a great backdrop for your outstanding cards! And this is no exception!! I have noticed throughout your designs that you use black so eloquently. In this case I think you used it to showcase the background. Which is gorgeous! I hope this won because it needs to win.. What a great card Petra!!
