FMS#169

Hi everyone!!!

Posting my card for the sketch challenge over at the Freshly Made Sketches Blog.
The lovely sketch to work with:

and the card I've made:

Adhered a black circle and doily to my card front and put a vellum overlay over that.
Leaves stamp and die from PTI.  Daisy die from MFT.  Banner dies from Verve.
Arrows cut with Tim Holtz chevron die.  Circle and ring cut with Spellbinders nesties.
Added a dry wall tape circle and a twine bow.
Rhinestones add the finishing touch.
Afrikaans sentiment saying: 'Congratulations'.

That will be it for now - thanks for popping in - your visits and comments are always appreciated!!!

Keep well!!!
Kind regards
Petra

Another striking card; wonderful! AND I love your use of drywall tape! A friend of mine & I were just talking about using drywall tape about 2 weeks ago and you've been using it in such clever ways lately; it's like you heard us talking and started using it just for us! lol

Hi, Petra! I love how you mix geometrics with nature elements and a few "human" elements like doilies. You are a trust artist - not just a crafter. LOVE IT! hugs, de
