Wedding cards.

Hi everyone.

Today I want to share with you two wedding cards I have made for my DS.

My sister has 2 daughters and a son, all in their twenties, so they are attending a lot of weddings lately.  My sister has asked me if I could make them some wedding cards to give to their friends who are getting married.
I am having a lot of fun with these cards!!

Here are the two cards I'm sharing with you:

I really like how these daisies from Verve (VS-09-PJ016) look when heat-embossed in white, on vellum.  I've fussy-cut them and added a pearl in the centre of each.  The dp I've used is by Teresa Collins, from the 'Far Away' collection (it's actually paper with a travelling theme, but I find them suitable for almost any card!! Some of my previous posts also shows cards where I've used this paper.)  The sentiment is in Afrikaans and says 'Congratulations'.

The roses on this card is from KaiserCraft and again some of the 'Far Away' dp by Teresa Collins.

That will be all for now!!

Thanks for the visit and hope to see you again soon!
Kind regards
Petra

Another absolutely stunning creation Petra! The embossed velum flowers are gorgeous and your fussy cutting is amazing...I was sure that you had used a die!

I'm so glad that we were both 'guests' at Anita's party! I signed up to follow your blog, however, I'm not quite sure it 'worked' so I will be signing up to follow by e-mail as well. Better to receive two posts rather than none!

I'm looking forward to seeing more of your incredible talent :)

Wow, how elegant, Petra ... these are both such lovely wedding cards! I too thought you'd used a die for the vellum flowers ... awesome trimming out! Anita :)
