Inspiration File Challenge

Hi, everyone!!!!

Do you know Kara Vrabel ...and do you know about her Friday Inspiration File posts and Pinterest board????   If not, I suggest you hop over to her blog K & R Designs ...she is one super talented cardmaker and makes the most fabulous cards ...you would want to start following her blog, for sure!!!!!  I am taking part in her fun Inspiration File Challenge and I have CASEd a card by May Sukyong Park (week #242).  This is May's fabulous card you can find on her blog, here:

May #242:

This is the first card I've made - pretty much a copy of May's card:

Such a pity I don't have a wine glass and wine/champagne bottle stamp or die - the MFT flourish had to do!!!!!
One of my very dear friends, Michele, from I card Everyone, sent me a card last year and she was so sweet to slip some die cut words into the envelope, too!!!!!!  I have used one of the words, here, but the rest I kept in a safe place for when the right project comes along!!!!  And last night I knew it was time to get out those die cut words!!!!
All the little circles were cut one by one!!!!

And then I made this card as well:

...another one of Michele's die cut words!!!!!  Thanks again, Michele!!!
Heart die from Verve.  Flourish die from MFT.
I had such a lot of fun making these two cards!!!!

I will leave you with that for today!!!!  Thanks for the visit!!!!!

Love both of these, and how perfect the red version is for Halloween. I'm not familiar with this blog, will certainly follow the link for some inspiration. I love the way you put your own special touches on a card that is CASED. TFS & Hugs

Wow, Petra, these are both gorgeous! I love all the circles and the beautiful inky background on the first card but my favourite is the heart card! I'm on a heart card kick lately and I love this! Such a cute idea! Your friend sent you some cute die-cuts and they were perfect for your cards! Nice touch with the vellum overlay!

A fine example of PRECISION die placement!!! Both cards are stunning! I love this design - it seems to play to nicely with the fun diecut messages of 'cheers' and 'kisses'! Awesome placement of the bits of bling on both cards! Your PERFECTLY embossed sentiments are fabulously clean & tidy (I'm guessing/assuming that they are actually embossed!).

Winners for sure!

These two cards are gorgeous Petra and love the way you have CASEd May's lovely card. The flourish and the large sentiments you have used on each are just perfect. I think I might have a look through the file and give this a try myself if I don't run out of time. x
