Hi again, everyone!
Back to post my second card for the current sketch challenge over at the CAS(E) this Sketch Blog.
Here's the sketch again:
and my card:
This time I've used scorelines to create the vertical stripes.
The bg stamp I've used is from Glitz and I've used Distress Inks to do the stamping.
The leaf stamp and die is from the 'Turning a new leaf' set by PTI.
Added a wooden butterfly and some black plastic dots and it was done.
Afrikaans sentiment saying: 'Congratulations'.
Thanks for visiting and hope your weekend will be a fun filled one!!!
Keep well!!
Kind regards
Petra

Another stunner, Petra ... the background stamping is fabulous ... love those scored lines ... and the little wooden butterfly perched on the leafy branch is just lovely! Anita :)
Love the bgrnd stamping and those delicious fall spatters it made on this pretty card. Your idea of the vertical score lines was brilliant. Always love your clean & innovative designs...and of course the beautiful embellies you add. TFS & Hugs
Jys op die wenpad met hierdie skets. Net so mooi! Als kom net eenvoudig perfek hier by mekaar!
BOTH of these cards are gorgeous, Petra! They might BOTH be winners!! I think I like this one slightly better only because, gosh, I do love score lines and I always forget to use them. They really do add a little something, something to a card, don't they? And, of course, for this sketch, they add a LOT!! Hugs, Darnell
Oh wow Petra daardie score lyne is so effektief. Ek hou ook van die herfskleure.
