Another FMS#174



Hi everyone!!!


Back again with another card for the sketch challenge over at the Freshly made Sketches Blog.
This is Cindy's sketch for the week:

 
 
 
and my second take on it:
 





I've done the top panel with DI, watercolour paint, dry wall tape and water.
Flower die from MFT.  Leaves stamp and die from PTI.
Sentiment and diamonds cut with Tim Holtz dies.
I've given the sentiment and hexagon some shine with 3D Clear Gloss.
Rounded it off with scorelines and black plastic dots.

so... your first card using the sketch was pretty darn amazing, petra! but this one... WOW! DROP.DEAD.GORGEOUS!!! love, love, love all the fabulous details! who knew that you could do such amazing things with dry wall tape???!!!

How pretty! the shading with the ink is amazing, creating such wonderfully sunny highlights with your rose masterpiece. Wow!
