NBUS#6 and Muse#156

 Hi everyone!!!!

I went through all my stamps to see if I could find something to make a card for Darnell's NBUS Challenge.   I came across a flower stamp which is part of a set by Altenew.

Never-Before-Used-Schtuff (Stamps, Dies, EFs, etc.)

This is my card:

It's the first time this flower stamp has seen some ink.
I've watercoloured the flowers on the card base with a soft grey and some light blue between the flowers.
Flowers coloured with my GraphIt pens.
The coloured flowers are on a vellum overlay.

Hopefully I can find some more schuff to make another card or two for Darnell's challenge!!!

I am also going to link my card at the MUSE Challenge Blog, where Michele has a lovely Thank You card as inspiration.

http://icardeveryone.blogspot.com/2016/03/muse-card-club-challenge-156.html

I've used the Thank You theme, with a raised sentiment, as Michele has and loved her flowers!!!!

Thanks for spending some time with me!!!!  Hope to see you again, soon!!!

Your creations are always so inspiring Petra my dear friend!! I LOVE that the flowers under the vellum are not coloured and that the ones you have stamped on the vellum are!! You amaze me with your sheer inventiveness!! Thank you once more for the inspiration!! Have a very lovely week my friend! Hazel xx

After our 'chat' this morning, I thought surely you'd also include this at Muse, Petra! It is gorgeous and perfect in every detail! LOve that Altenew flower!

Lovely card Petra. The water colored flowers look wonderful with the black and white greeting. The heat embossing adds a nice texture to your card. I think I have that Altanew set. :)

what a great take on the sketch, Miss Petra! I would not have thought of organizing the flowers (or images) on the diagonal to produce the effect! Thank you for, yet again, teaching me another great design tip! Beautiful card in every way! love, de
