It's late already and nearly bed time, but I want to post a card before I call this a day!!!!
There's a lovely sketch up at the CAS(E) this Sketch Blog.
I've made this card following the sketch:
I've sponge the corner with Scattered Straw DI and did some ink splattering.
Flourish die from MFT, Snipped off a piece and given it some shine with my new WOS brush!!!!
Flower stamp and die also from MFT.
Finished it off with black plastic dots.
Afrikaans sentiment saying:' Congratulations'.
Yep, my order from MFT arrived last week and over the weekend I got my new MISTI!!!! So excited!!!

Sjoe hierdie kaartjie praat met mens jong! Als werk net weer hier. Elke element presies op sy plek en natuurlik my gunsteling kleur kombinasie!
Geniet die vakansie... hoop daar is baie tyd vir craft ;)
Gorgeous card Petra. Love the colour and crisp design. Will be interesting to see what you think about the MISTI.....I keep looking but the import tax on top of the item itself seems to price it out of the market for me!

I always get excited to see a new post from you my dear friend . . . I know I'm going to be in for a real treat!! This card, of course, is no exception! I LOVE the creative way that you have just sponged a corner of the card and added the little splotches to highlight that pretty flower and flourish!! The whole look is so clean and crisp and those little black embellishments, with the greeting running vertically is simply inspired!!! Such a sweet card Petra. Love the little flower on the flourishes. The soft sponging looks wonderful in the corner with the paint speckles. Great take on the sketch. I always look forward to what you come up with based on a sketch.
ABSOLUTELY! STUNNINGLY! GORGEOUS!!! Glorious white space, beautifully sponged/splattered detail and an illusion of movement that flows down the left side of your card with the sentiment and the enamel dots! WINNER WINNER WINNER!!!
