CTS#169

Hi everyone!!!

When I saw the new sketch over at the CAS(E) this Sketch Blog I was wondering what I would do with it, but as soon as I started playing with it last night my card came together quite quickly!!!!  The biggest part was to find a suitable font to use!!!!!    This is the sketch:

and the card that I made:

Not very often that I do a OL!!!  I did however do the printing on some cs that I adhered to the card front, cause I didn't want the alcohol makers to show through on the inside of the card.
The sentiment was computer generated.
Flower stamps from Altenew.
I've given the flowers and the stripe at the bottom some shine with my Wink of Stella brush.

Nothing more to say about this card!!!

Hope you have a great start to your weekend!!!!
So lovely having your here - thanks for the visit!!!!

What a wonderful CAS OLC Petra dear friend!! I LOVE that it's a hybrid too! I used to do a lot of hybrids - and loved it - but I do find the 'hands on' act of stamping and making a card therapeutic for me, but I still have and use quite a few digi stamps and generate my won sentiments for cards!! Great work, combining two, very different skills and you have one unique card!! Inspired! Have a wonderful weekend my friend! Hazel xx

Wat een mooi lettertype heb je gekozen voor de tekst Petra. De bloemenstempel maakt het helemaal af. Mooi dat zachte roze met een glimmertje...

You really do ace these sketches, because I would still be looking at it, trying to think what to do! This is so pretty, love these great Altenew flowers. I am enjoying the stamps I've gotten from that company...they really give such nice sharp images. Love the way you've interpreted this particular sketch, it is such a pretty birthday card.
