I just knew that you would take my sketch and turn it into something fabulous. I love that your rectangle layers are askew and that the chevrons draw your eye right down to the focal point of your card. What a beauty this is!

I'll echo Our Darnell, with the breath of fresh air comment. The style is CAS, yet you've used shapes, colors, and elements to create a card that is so uniquely your own style. I would love to be able to do this better, and I appreciated your sweet comments on the last card wherein I tried to do that! It takes skill, but I get lots of inspiration from those cardmakers who do it so well. Love the striped background with this shape and the pretty floral arrangement. TFS & Hugs.

Beautiful Petra - the twine is so pretty under the sentiment and the splash of orange with the neutrals really pops!

I hope this card won Petra!! Gorgeous, simple, crisp and clean! Again there is your black so well done.. You are the queen of black! You accent so well with it.. I think my favorite part of the card however, is the pink flower behind the sentiment. Just enough color to draw your eye in.. Awesome... I really need to visit you.. hehehee!!
