A new, fun CASE game!!!

Hi everyone!!!!

If you scroll down a bit you will see a new badge on the right hand side of my blog ...the one for the new PONY CASE-press challenge run by the very talented Mynn Kitchen, who I have met here in Blogland a while ago.  It's a fun challenge of CASE-ing and then mailing your CASEd card to the person who's card you have CASEd.  You can find all the detail on Mynn's blog, On a Stampage, here.  The bonus will be to meet lots of new friends all over the world!!!!

Mynn has started the challenge by CASE-ing one of my cards and I can't wait to receive my card and start playing along, CASE-ing other people's cards!!!  Mynn has even designed a watermark to add to your card for the challenge!!!

Come and join in the fun, you all - read all about it on Mynn's Blog.

Have a great start to your weekend and hope to see you joining in the PONY CASE-press!!!!

Muse#103

Hi everyone!!!

Taking part in the Muse Card Club Challenge for the first time!!!  The very talented Vicki form All I do is Stamp is the muse for the week and she has made a lovely circular card to work with.  This is Vicki's card:

I love circular cards and this is the one I was inspired by Vicki, to make:

It's quite easy to see which elements of Vicki's card have inspired me:  the shape and rings, the colours, the heart, the sentiment and the bg paper.
The piece of bg paper I've used is from Teresa Collins.
Leaves stamp and die from PTI.  Daisy dies from MFT.  Rings die cut with Spellbinders nesties.
Used my Tim Holtz alphabet die to do the sentiment.
Rounded it off with sequins and black plastic dots.

Hope you are all having a lovely Friday and thanks so much for popping in!!!

Will be back shortly to tell you about a new CASE-ing challenge!!!  It's going to be lots of fun to take part!!!!

Another CTS#108 and AAA#32

Hi again, everyone!!!

Sharing two cards I've made for two challenges.
First is another card I've made for the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.

The sketch:

and my second take on it:

I've used the same idea of the washi tape strips on white cs and then sponging with DI.  I added some paint splatters this time.
Flower stamp and die from Verve.  Flourish die from MFT.
Sentiment die cut with an alphabet die from Tim Holtz.
The wonky rectangle die is a Spellbinders nestie.
In an attempt to keep it as CAS as possible, I did not use any foam tape.

Like some of my other CTS cards in the past, I don't think this one will really go through as CAS, but I have so much fun playing with the CTS sketches, I hope the DT will be OK with it if I link a card that is hopefully nearly CAS!!!!  ...you see I get carried away a bit with the lovely sketches and my cards are most probably disqualified most of the time!!!   Layering..., yes, that's my game, but I love trying my hand at CAS cards, too!!!

Next up:
The ladies at the AAAcards Blog have a love game running till 14 Feb.

I made this card:

Can you believe that I can actually do a one layer card!!!!  I did it (LOL!!!)  ...that's if the one plastic dot doesn't count as another layer!!!
This is super CAS and there's not much to say about it.
All stamps from Verve.
That's it!!!

OK, I'll love you and leave you with that and I'll probably be back tomorrow with my Mojo Monday card!!!!  Thanks for popping in!!!

Have lots of fun being creative!!!

Keep well!!!
Kind regards
Petra
