Enjoying the Pony CASE-Press and CTS#128

Hi everyone!!!!

Hope you're having a great week so far!!!!

Finally my card for Robyn in Australia has reached her and I can post my card.  This card is part of the fun Pony CASE-Press over at my dear friend Mynn Kitchen's Blog, On a Stampage, and you can read all about it by clicking on the link in my side bar on the right, or on the above link.  I hope you will join in and play along - it's really great fun!!!!

I was inspired by the colours and the watercoloured flowers on Robyn's beautiful card, as well as the tag.

I have made this card for her:

The rose and leaves stamps and dies are from PTI.
Used a bg stamp from Great Impressions.
Some vellum, a twine bow, rhinestones and sequins round it off.

I've also got a card for the CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge for the week:
The sketch:

and my card:

The flower and leaves stamp are from MFT.
The bottom photo shows my scorelines.
Afrikaans sentiment saying: 'Thank you very much'.

That will be it from me for the afternoon!!!
Hope you enjoyed your visit!!!

OH. MY. GOODNESS! These are both SUPER gorgeous, Petra! LOVE the pretty blues and use of vellum on your CASE card! That orange lily just looks stunning against the black and white stripes, too! HUGS! :) Mynn xx

So I saw your first card and fell in love with it immediately. It has everything -- texture, rich color, depth, shine, and a fantastic design. I think the gorgeous blue panel makes all the elements of your card pop. This is fantastic. Then I scrolled down, (after picking my jaw up off the floor) and came upon another stunning card. I don't know which I like more; the staggered panels, the scoring or that rich orange flower. This is just gorgeous. Love these two cards, Petra. They are both incredible. Bev

Hi Petra - loved your card for the Pony CASE swap; as you know I was given your card to CASE and I'm hoping you will receive it soon as I posted it on 4th June!!! When I saw Robyn's card I had to laugh, as you will when you get mine. Love your take on the sketch challenge for CAS(E)this Sketch, beautifully clean and crisp.

Hugs.

You already know that I adore your first card (from my earlier comment) but now you know that this second one has rocked my world! Petra, you are sooooooo adept at creating the most striking, simplistic designs that are AAAAAA-MAZING! Gorgeous contrast between the bold, black strips and the wee snippet of velum!

Your card is absolutely stunning. I can really see the inspiration, but then you made it your own. That blue rose is just so stunning, and I love the vellum layer below. I love the loopy bow I see tucked underneath it all. And, your second card--so bold and stunning. Love those bold blocks of blus, and your pretty orange flower. And, now I know how to say 'thank you very much' in Afrikaans. Well, not exactly say it, but perhaps read it!
